We use thin, almost recessed puck lighting in our units.
At this point in our business we typically use the same contractor and we usually bring them in at the beginning of the process and yes use a pre-construction agreement.
The plans don't detail a door to the bathroom off of the bedroom. As someone in the HVAC design business, I would love to hear some elaboration on your PTAC statement.
You decided to go with a hall closet rather than a bench and hook system. The guests in the living room have a line of sight to the opposing bathroom door across from bedroom #1. The washer and dryer units have two walls between the closest bedroom and are way from the kitchen and living room. You don't have a direct line of sight from entryway, down the hallway to a window, but you have seemingly large window from two angles in the living room which should let nice light in.
Ceiling heights are key, but also location of all ceiling fixtures. They appear to be missing.
Great post. In your market would you consider appointing a Contractor in a Pre-construction Agreement in order to ensure the CD is bullet proof?
Carlo, thanks for the comment!

Great stuff Sean. I’m guessing it’s soffit tight to the cabinets.
Scale, window placement, riser placement, island is too close to oven door opening?, door and closet doors hitting each other in one bedroom.
