Sean I’m local to you (St. Paul). I’ve followed your Twitter and always fascinated with what you’re doing. I’d like to get into real estate somehow and not sure where to start. If you ever do any public kind of stuff I’m interested!
First, thank you for The Bright Build, I've learned a ton already. I'd love to see more about how to find equity for a deal (without having to approach your rich cousin who got in at the ground floor of Facebook in 2012), what a sound business plan looks likes and how to impress a local lender as a first timer when seeking a construction loan? Thanks for all you do.
I'm a developer in Providence RI, also doing neighborhood infill projects (though at a smaller scale). I also teach real estate development with some local programs. I've been following your work here. One area that could be helpful to add for folks is commercial leasing strategies and tactics. Cheers,

Wait. You have a meeting at Bryant Lake Bowl!?
Yessir…!
Can I go to these? Or is this part of a class?
These are just our Bright Build team meetings. But we are planning some future reader meet ups for sure!
