I could have saved a decade

It was 2005. I was 27 years old.
Super passionate about design, and loved walking around neighborhoods, studying buildings, dreaming of creating something meaningful.
But I had no idea how to start.
And I felt alone.
No one else around me seemed to feel the same way.
Everyone else was a finance bro or the typical khakis and blue sport coat type.
I struggled with self-doubt. I wanted to learn more about real estate development, but if my bosses weren't available or in the mood to mentor, I was left spinning my wheels.

There wasn't much, and I didn't have $200k for an MBA or the time to do it since I had to work to eat.
